Featuring a dining table for 8. Your guests can all enjoy a meal together or play one of the many board/card games supplied.
There is plenty of natural light. If a dark bedroom is more your preference you can pull down the shade and close the curtains for optimal darkness. Note: The transom window does not have shades.
The transom window opens to cool the bedroom with fresh sea air.
The primary bathroom has a private water closet, and double sinks. Behind the door you will find two robes available for your use.
Primary bathroom has a large glass shower with a bench inside.
The 3rd guest room features a double bed and office area with a printer.
The desk is electronic so you can adjust the height to your preference or can relax on the ergonomic chair.
The second bedroom features a queen size bed and room darkening shades on the transom window and the large window that looks out to beautifully landscaped backyard.
The guest bathroom features double sinks, a tub/shower combo and like the primary bathroom, is stocked with additional amenities such as feminine hygiene products, hair ties, q-tips etc.
The living room has enough seating for all your guests including a comfortable recliner and a pullout couch. the living room sliders open to the outdoor living area, expanding the already spacious open concept area.
Open concept living keeps everyone together. While having the bedrooms separate from each other allows for privacy when needed.
Five barstools sit around the large kitchen island.
Showcasing the ease for expanding the living area to the outside deck.
A large laundry room is available for your use.
Pack and play and foldable high chair are available for your use.
